Reviews for Bukit Jalil Foodie Paradise
Review highlights
Based on 99 reviewsBukit Jalil Foodie Paradise is recognized for its clean, comfortable environment and spacious layout following recent renovations. Patrons commonly appreciate the attentive and friendly staff who provide helpful guidance, especially to first-time visitors. The restaurant offers a wide variety of local Chinese dishes, with particular mention of flavorful noodle options and satisfying set meals that are reasonably priced and served promptly. While the ambience is generally calm and suitable for casual dining or breakfast, some feedback notes parking can be costly, and the ordering system remains traditional. Overall, the establishment is favored for its good service quality and decent drink selections, making it a recommended spot for those seeking authentic local flavors in Bukit Jalil.
Went there for lunch before Coldplay concert. The staff explained us the food very detail as she knew us visit for the 1st time. You will eat peacefully when you are served by friendly staffs :)
Located near Pavilion Bukit Jalil, the establishment changed hands / renovated a few times. The latest renovation made it more comfortable with more open spaces maximizing the two shoplot units it occupies. Ordering is a little traditional with manual written paper squares. It offers a reasonably priced set lunch that comes with drinks of your choice. The utensils are new and clean. Likewise the tables are clean and new. The bitter gourd mee hoon soup is decently good. The soup is balanced, and the bitter gourd is fresh and cut well not to be overpoweringly bitter or thick. The wan tan mee with roast pork is a little strange take from the normal wan tan mee we get elsewhere. The roast pork is simmered with onions and chili padi. The Singapore Beehoon is quite good. It has the normal ingredients: tomato sauce, chili slices, char siew cubes, prawn, cabbage, strips of fried eggs, and of course beehoon (vermicelli). Flavour is balanced and nice. Portion sizes are good. The ‘cham’, coffee and tea mix, isn’t too bad - the iced coffee in the shape of fish adds to aesthetics. The coffee likewise has the same fish-shaped ice. Good place for a fairly priced and decent food around the area.
Wide variety of local dishes. Drinks taste ok too. Place is clean and nice ambience to have a quiet breakfast. Would recommend but a bit pricey. I like the pork noodle very much.
Ordered their set meal comprising Singapore fried bee hoon and coffee. Both tasted good. Service was reasonably quick as I got my food within 10 minutes. Price was also reasonable. We parked at the roadside which was expensive.
